Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for crafting impactful campaigns? Join our ANZ Country Marketing team and play a leading role in developing and executing cohesive, integrated strategies that resonate with audiences and enhance our brand presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be involved in leading and executing exciting brand, product and segment campaigns that captivate both candidates and hirers.
  • Team up with a mix of creative minds (internal and external) to deliver campaigns are engaging for our customer and that align closely to our brand plan
  • Rally cross-functional teams for creative development, to help facilitate media buying, and performance optimisation.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Manage external agency relationships and budgets to ensure seamless execution.

The Team You’ll Join:
The ANZ Country Marketing team orchestrates marketing plans to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across segments, all while championing SEEK’s brand and embedding our positioning locally. The Integrated Campaigns team, which you’ll be part of, develops bold, creative ATL campaigns for hirers and candidates, ensuring they align with SEEK’s overall brand vision. You’ll work closely with creative and digital agencies, as well as internal teams, to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns that resonate with our audiences.

Qualifications

  • Dive into the world of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on energising digital activations
  • Expertise in creative development, media strategy, and integrated campaign management
  • Have a strong understanding around the art of paid, owned, and earned channels, with a special focus on digital
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Unearth valuable insights from campaign performance data and turn them into action plans for success
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
