Job Description

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is the division within Experian that is responsible for our Direct-to-Consumer products and propositions; includihng Credit Monitoring, Credit Comparison (credit cards, loans, mortgages) and ID Fraud Protection. The Optimisation Manager position will be part of the eCommerce team who improve the commercial performance of our products through running optimisation and personalisation tests across all pages on the Experian consumer site.

An experienced Optimisation Manager is required to deliver the optimisation strategy and testing roadmap for our Free product. This is an individual contributor role in which you will be focused on improving the current commercial performance of the product (through cross-sell and upsell), and experimenting with new product ideas and testing the impact of new feature releases. You will make sure that we promote the customer, keep a data-driven approach to all types of optimisation testing and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and our commercial KPIs.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to come into the office twice a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an Optimisation/Personalisation/E-commerce role
  • Numerate and data-driven.
  • Experience running targeted and personalised testing.
  • Experience improving conversion rates and testing feature releases.
  • Understanding of CRO tools and platforms.
