GENERAL FUNCTION:
Treasury Management Officer will focus on generating new business from prospects and under-penetrated clients. You may also work jointly with a Relationship Manager on well-penetrated clients who present challenges due to size and/or complexity.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

You’ll dive into understanding client needs, monitoring market developments, and identifying opportunities that benefit both the client and Fifth Third Bank. Your responsibilities also include proposal writing, enhancing client knowledge, and leveraging internal relationships to maximize cross-selling opportunities. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in large corporate cash management and relationship management, you’ll utilize your strong communication and negotiation skills to succeed.
