We’re looking for a high-energy, proactive sales professional who thrives in outbound prospecting and consultative selling. This role will need to prospect, connect, and persuade business leaders, marketing professionals, and entrepreneurs to attend events, helping them understand how the event will accelerate their journey and drive results for their businesses.
- Identify and connect with potential attendees through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and social media engagement.
- Educate prospects on the value of events and guide them through the registration process.
- Engage in relevant discussions, comment on posts, and leverage LinkedIn messaging to build credibility and drive ticket sales.
- Develop a multi-touch follow-up strategy to move prospects from interest to purchase.
- Track outreach efforts, log interactions, and maintain a structured pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, target the right audience, and continuously improve sales performance.
- Drive towards the target of selling 150 tickets, with incentives for surpassing expectations.
