About the Role

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue. You will work closely with the sales team to generate demand through targeted campaigns – orchestrating all the necessary elements including nurtures, sales cadences, paid advertising, social, and other demand gen strategies.

  • Campaign Creation, Optimization & Reporting
    • In close collaboration with sales, ideate and create targeted specific campaigns to generate SQLs
    • Analyze marketing performance data, including lead conversion rates and ROI on campaigns
    • Manage and optimize Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns, aligning them with overall campaign strategy to drive high-intent leads
    • Provide actionable insights to refine demand-generation strategies

  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization
    • Set up and optimize email nurture campaigns to convert MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads)
    • Utilize HubSpot to measure lead-generation efforts
    • Coordinate with marketing ops for lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow improvements
    • Work closely with Sales to design cadences that convert leads and nurture existing pipeline
    • Collaborate with content marketing to create SEO-friendly resources that generate inbound leads

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
    • Assist in developing targeted ABM campaigns to engage key operator and provider accounts in senior living
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to personalize content and outreach
    • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other ABM tools to refine audience targeting

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proficient with Hubspot.
  • Strong writing skills and experience prompting LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
  • An analytical mindset—comfortable working with marketing data and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and sales alignment strategies.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS required. Healthcare or Senior living experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns strongly desired (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content creation.
