Pay Range: $21.30 to $25.10 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
RESPONSIBILITY FOR QUALTY/FOOD SAFETY:
All persons employed or associated with Foster Farms are responsible for the quality and food safety of company products. The food safety and quality policies and summarized and communicated in a company handbook and at training sessions. Each new team member is provided a handbook and attends a food safety training session before beginning work. All team members attend a refresher training session at least once per year. Records are maintained reflecting the distribution of team member handbooks and attendance at the training sessions.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in maintaining our USDA Regulatory, Corporate Guidelines, and Quality Control Programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting internal audits, collaborating with Production Supervisors, and ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards. You will have the authority to hold any non-conforming product, making critical decisions about product disposition. Your leadership will inspire our QA technicians to uphold our commitment to food safety and quality. If you have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1-3 years of food processing experience, and knowledge of USDA regulations, we want to hear from you!
