In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end design process—from research to realization—empowering you to create impactful solutions in a design-first company.


Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to shape the future of our software products for brands, consumers, and factory staff. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and hands-on expertise with a passion for creating beautiful, user-centric designs that balance aesthetics and functionality, serving diverse audiences.


Responsibilities

Deliver stunning, user-centered designs that align with Gantri’s aesthetic and functional goals.

Develop and implement a cohesive design system to scale across digital platforms: Factory OS (Gantri MES), Gantri Made (Brand + B2B portal), and Gantri Shop (gantri.com).

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate design vision into impactful products.

Foster a design-thinking culture, ensuring user-centricity drives all product development processes.

Establish and track key design metrics to systematically validate design requirements and measure impact.

Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure Gantri’s designs remain fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Lead user research to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating findings into actionable design strategies.

Ensure all design projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and graphic design.

A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design excellence for user-centric digital design for consumer-facing and B2B platforms.

Deep expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion/graphic design tools.

Demonstrated experience building and scaling design systems for complex platforms.

Strong ability to lead projects with ambiguous scope and systematically clarify goals, metrics, and deliverables.

Exceptional skills in graphic design, proportion, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

Proficiency in user-centric design principles, research methodologies, and data-driven evaluations.

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design rationale to diverse audiences.

Collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
