Genz Ryan is Hiring a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTAR!

In your role as a Customer Service Superstar, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company. Your mission will be to provide outstanding service while addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, emails and text messages from our customers with a SMILE, a sense of urgency, and passion to help!
  • Make outbound calls to customers to share our latest services, discounts, and more!
  • Schedule appointments through our user-friendly software system.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our software systems.
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments to perform special projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with company offerings, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Must be at least 18 years old. **
  • A customer service pro with a positive attitude and passion for PEOPLE!
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred, not required!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
