About the role: We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator interested in joining a high-growth stage startup. The purpose of the HR Coordinator is simple but challenging: build out efficient and effective people operations by supporting our frontline team members and leaders in all aspects of HR


As an HR Coordinator, you will support day-to-day HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, conducting new hire orientations and maintaining employee records in HRIS. You will also handle sensitive information and assist with leaves of absence and employee relations issues.




At Getlabs you will:
  • Assist with recruiting, source candidates and conduct phone screens for clinical roles
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Develop and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the needs of the business.
  • Conduct weekly New Hire Orientation classes virtually 
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, offering assistance with new hire paperwork, communicating with incoming employees, and providing support post orientation
  • Oversee all people operations during onboarding, including coaching, timecard approvals, and any disciplinary action
  • Assist with conducting background checks and I9 verification for new hires
  • Serve as a main point of contact for internal employee requests, questions and guidance across the organization
  • Aid in day to day functions of the People team including employee relations and personnel file maintenance as needed
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions in various cities


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or 2+ years experience 
  • Experience at an early stage or high growth startup preferred but not required
  • Phenomenal people skills and experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing employees
  • Experience hiring/recruiting
  • Experience with Checkr, Paylocity and Lever preferred 
  • Strong change management skills and emotional intelligence
