Position Summary:

The FP & A Intern will be responsible for assisting the Engineering group with design and development of spinal instruments and implants.

Essential Functions:

Core Reporting:
- Prep & support the analysts in monthly cost center reviews
- Support creation of the BU monthly decks
- Investigate and develop supporting schedule for select OPEX details of FCST. For example: surgeon consulting, meetings, MERC, etc.
- Support with manufacturing FCST roll forwards & validations

Long term projects:
- INR Placement analysis:
- Sales & Sales Force Comp Documentation:
- T&E, Freight, Inventory consignment, and/or competitive recruit audits
- Product scorecard/ PD Pipeline documentation
Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies. Qualifications:

Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Experience with Creo software for design and drafting preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong self-starting skills, well organized, detail-oriented and capable of working in a deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
