Job summary:
Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience, build loyal client relationships and produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic through digital platforms. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.
