About the Role: 

Interluxe Auctions is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team in the luxury real estate auction space. In this inside sales role, you'll work directly with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and agents to generate buyer interest, consult on active properties, and promote Interluxe’s marketplace of exceptional real estate. This role is ideal for sales professionals with strong communication skills, a competitive edge, and an interest in luxury real estate and digital marketplaces. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Agent Prospecting & Outreach 
  • Engage with warm leads via calls, emails, and texts to provide auction details and guide them through qualification 
  • Leverage Interluxe’s CRM (HubSpot) and marketing lists to identify buyer prospects and match them with suitable listings 
  • Assist buyers through registration, due diligence, and bidding preparation 
  • Relationship Management 
  • Provide high-touch service to buyers and agents, ensuring a professional and informed experience 
  • Track and nurture buyer interest across auctions using CRM tools (HubSpot) 
  • Work closely with the marketing and property teams to deliver consistent messaging and property insights 
  • Meet weekly activity and outreach goals to drive buyer engagement 
  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging strategies and campaign effectiveness 
  • Report on buyer interest and lead quality 
  • Occasional travel to be onsite in various luxury destinations to assist the listing agents with preview. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (inside sales, real estate, or related B2C/B2B experience preferred) 
  • Proven success with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach 
  • Confidence in communicating with affluent individuals and professionals 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel (1 to 2 weekends per month) 
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) 
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset 
  • Real estate, mortgage, or high value sales experience is a strong plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related)
