Process Engineer III

Are you an experienced Process Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for precision and innovation?

 

At KARL STORZ U.S., we’re looking for a skilled CNC Machining/Manufacturing Engineer to support our Advanced Machining Center. In this hands-on role, you’ll drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex systems, and contribute to the production of critical components for high-quality medical devices. You’ll work in a cutting-edge, regulated environment, focusing on process optimization, equipment qualification, and new product integration.

  • Lead cost-saving initiatives and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

 

What you'll need to be considered:

  • Education: BS in a Technical or Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Strong background in CNC machining, process development, and automation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Six Sigma, Kaizen, tooling design, SolidWorks, SPC, and GD&T.
  • Familiarity with cobot integration, machine monitoring, and PLC programming.
  • Experience working with international teams and a willingness to travel.
