Senior Product Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their growing team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing product strategies that will shape their offerings and elevate the customer experience.

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine product positioning.
  • Utilize analytics and user feedback to inform product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Develop clear product documentation, including requirements and user stories.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure product vision is effectively shared across the organization.
  • Mentor junior product team members and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of market demands and technology advancements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Proven track record in leading successful product launches in a relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Competitive Salary: $170,000 to $220,000 depending on experience
