Job Description

In 2012, Konecranes established European Financial Shared Service Center in Tallinn, Estonia. The center offers transaction handling services, financial master data maintenance and financial accounting services to Konecranes Group’s companies.

Our Claim Handling Team is looking for a Claim Administrator. Please note that this is a fixed term position until the end of October 2025. 

Your main job tasks will be:

  • Answering incoming queries via the Service now portal and by emails.
  • Handling statement reconciliations, reminders and other inquiries from external vendors and internal employees.
  • Escalating urgent matters to BU to prevent credit holds, interest and legal escalation.
  • Correcting AP related postings errors, and processing vendor invoices according to set rules.

What should you bring?

  • Previous working experience in similar position (AP side of accounting).
  • Good spoken and written English language skill.
  • Eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Good communication skills and customer oriented working attitude.
  • Team player and readiness to work in an international environment.
  • Education in finance field will be an advantage.
