If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Relationship Manager to join our Growth and Strategy organization.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies that support marketing goals, incorporating appropriate content hooks and engaging creative• Identify primary buyers and optimize audience and retargeting strategies, using input from various stakeholders and conducting comprehensive buyer-issue research and competitive analysis• Ensure consistent messaging throughout the campaign, connecting content across foundational, transitional, and service-led categories, and reflecting insights in all content and engagement stages• Plan and oversee campaign strategy and framework, building connections between different campaigns to ensure seamless integration and alignment• Monitor and adjust strategies based on campaign performance reviews and optimization discussions, making strategic adjustments as necessary• Collaborate closely with marketers, content strategists, and program managers to maintain accountability for deadlines, incorporate new content, and propose optimizations for improved campaign effectivenessQualifications:• Minimum two years of recent digital marketing experience and proven expertise in developing cohesive consumer journeys• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university• Strong business management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and adhere to strict deadlines• Experience with Optimizely, Monday.com, Writer.AI, ChatGPT (or equivalent) is a plus, and a willingness to learn and grow• Self-starter with the ability to proactively take initiative to achieve goals and drive projects forward; ability to work effectively within a team, build strong relationships, and utilize team members for their expertise• Strong strategic thinking skills to develop the consumer journey framework and establish connections with other initiatives• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
