About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Project Manager to lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of structural design and construction processes. Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Plan, organize, and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Track project progress and resolve issues proactively.

Technical Oversight:

Provide technical guidance to the design team on structural systems, materials, and methods.

Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and drawings.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to achieve project objectives.

Mentor and support junior engineers and staff.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

7+ years of structural engineering experience, including 3+ years in project management.

Licenses/Certifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
