This position will play a key role in coordinating the execution of marketing programs that promote the sale of collegiate licensed product, both locally and nationally, for institutions within our Strategic Marketing Solutions program. Effective communication, time management and a high work ethic is necessary for this role and the team around it to be successful.

TASKS:

  • Coordinate marketing projects upon inception ensuring proper execution to meet deadlines, deliver accurately against scopes of work, effectively utilize internal project management system to accurately track and communicate all project updates with internal team.                   
  • Serve as the internal primary point-of-contact with Production and Creative teams.
  • Assist with the collection of performance data, images and other assets for use in marketing campaign recaps both for internal and external use.                 
  • Manage invoice process for projects and communicate budget status to team.               
  • Actively participate in territory or client meetings by providing pertinent updates of areas of responsibility to Marketing, Partnerships and/or directly to clients as needed.                 
  • Write scopes of work, based on program plans, which outline schedule, responsibilities and required costs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
  • One to three years of professional marketing experience preferred.
