Lime is hiring a Senior Global Demand Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team! As a Senior Global Demand Planner, you will play a key role in leading the demand planning strategy across multiple regions, ensuring the optimal accuracy of forecasts and alignment with overall business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, to refine demand planning processes, drive improvements in inventory management, and implement effective statistical forecasting methodologies. This role will be crucial in addressing supply challenges, mitigating risks, and ensuring that we meet customer demand efficiently. Your expertise in strategic planning, data analysis, and continuous process optimization will have a direct impact on driving operational excellence and business growth.

What you will do:

• Demand Forecasting: Assist in developing and refining accurate demand forecast models using Google Sheets and demand planning tools. Integrate historical shipment data, seasonal trends, and strategic program activities into forecasting processes to support business goals. Support efforts to improve demand forecast precision by identifying opportunities and implementing data-driven solutions.

• Data Analysis, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:  Prepare, analyze, and report on large datasets to generate insights for decision-making. Maintain data integrity and quality to ensure reliable reporting and dashboard visualization, aiding effective business decisions. Originate and implement continuous improvements to demand planning and the S&OP processes.

• Market and Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor regional trends, product seasonality, and business performance to adjust and refine demand forecasts. Use predictive analytics to identify potential inventory challenges and recommend forecast adjustments to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities. Address any issues related to product availability or supply chain disruptions promptly.

• Cross Functional Collaboration:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance and Operations to incorporate key factors like order sizes, frequency trends, and market dynamics into demand planning processes. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts. Identify risk in demand plan vs. budget during the IBP consensus partnering with finance.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in global demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, with a focus on leading demand planning initiatives across multiple regions.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree and APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD) are highly preferred.

• Expertise in advanced forecasting tools and software (e.g., Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle, Tableau, Google Sheets) with a solid understanding of global demand planning systems.

• Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies, demand planning processes, inventory management, and lean principles. Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) is essential.

• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments, meet tight deadlines, and manage cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.

• Fluent in verbal and written English, with excellent communication skills to interact with global teams and stakeholders. Ability to travel as needed (up to 10% annually).
