We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to help us grow our world-class team in the US and Canada. Your primary focus will be on technical roles with an emphasis on niche pipelines (adtech background, data science, product management, etc). You should bring a level of critical thinking, grit and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Lyft scale.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
