Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $70,000.

MPS provides back office support, warehousing, and, fulfillment for Macmillan US, and is their primary distribution facility for North America.
Purpose of the Role:
The Reconciliations Supervisor is responsible for managing the Reconciliations employees; ensuring departmental goals are achieved; and all credit policies and procedures and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Key responsibilities/tasks:
Skills/experience required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Individual must be able to interact well with people.

Ability to; solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer skills to include Microsoft (Word, Excel and Access), Adobe, Google and general internet use. Use of calculator, photocopy machine, fax machine and scanner.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervising 3 - 7 people. Ensures that the department employees are carrying out policy and procedures to meet department goals. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
