We are looking for a motivated, challenge seeking, innovative thinker to be a part of the Global Packaging Team across some of the most iconic brands in the industry: Barbie, Hot Wheels, UNO, and more! We work with an equally passionate cross-functional team that spans the globe, making our design-led toy company one of the best in the industry.
The Opportunity:
The Global Packaging and Omnichannel Creative team is a group of passionate and inspired designers with the goal of creating outstanding packaging and creative assets for the best toys on earth! Mattel package designers focus on creating visual assets for products throughout categories like Dolls, Vehicles, Action Figures, Games, and more. In this role you will research trends, ideate multiple concepts, and partner on strategy guidelines with marketing and brand partners. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset and problem-solving mentality pushing the boundaries on creative projects.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $76,800.00 and $110,000.00.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
