As a Sales Manager for Food Safety Solutions at Agri-Neo, you're stepping into a pivotal role where you'll lead the charge in transforming food safety standards across the Americas and beyond. At Agri-Neo, we're on a mission to revolutionize food safety with our cutting-edge Neo-Pure system, which has already won the trust of major food processors in North America, South America, and beyond. In this position, you’ll own the entire sales cycle – from the initial prospecting and lead generation all the way to closing high-value sales. Your tasks will include identifying and engaging potential customers through research and networking, developing compelling business cases that showcase the ROI of our technology, and leading negotiations to secure deals with major food processors. Your expertise will not only drive revenue growth but also enhance strong customer relationships. You'll deliver product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, and collaborate with our internal teams to address customer inquiries. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably with a strong technical background. If you have a hunter mindset – highly self-motivated, results-driven, and exceptional in negotiation and presentation – this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a real impact in the fast-evolving field of food safety.
