Job Description

  • Ausbau der Marktposition in Deutschland, von der Geschäftsentwicklung bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Pflege von Beziehungen zu Kunden, Projektpartnern und Beratern vor und nach dem Verkauf.
  • Identifikation von Risiken und Chancen zur Optimierung der kommerziellen und vertraglichen Position.
  • Erstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kalkulator.
  • Leitung des Angebotsteams und Verantwortung für technische sowie kommerzielle Aspekte von Projekten.
  • Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien für Marktwachstum.

Qualifications

  • Fundiertes Verständnis technischer Prozesse, kommerzieller Strategien und vertraglicher Konzepte im Bereich Energy-from-Waste.
  • 5-9 Jahre Erfahrung in Vertrieb, Angebotsmanagement und Geschäftsentwicklung bei internationalen Großprojekten.
  • Kenntnisse der Marktdynamik und Fähigkeit zur Bildung strategischer Partnerschaften.
  • Erfahrung in internationalen, multikulturellen Umfeldern und regionaler Flexibilität.
  • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und Führung von funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
