In this dynamic role, you will be the go-to support contact for our enthusiastic German-speaking clients, assisting them in navigating thrilling gaming experiences and providing critical support regarding esports events and platforms. If you’re someone who lives and breathes gaming and esports and is committed to providing top-notch customer service, then this role is tailor-made for you! Your main responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries across various channels such as email, phone, and chat, while also assisting clients with queries about gaming products, services, and upcoming events. You’ll document client interactions meticulously and collaborate with internal teams to tackle more complex issues. You'll even have the chance to provide enlightening information about game features, esports tournaments, and promotions. As a key member of our team, your feedback will be valuable in enhancing our offerings! We’re seeking individuals fluent in both German and English, with prior experience in customer support, especially in the gaming or esports sector.
