For one of our clients, we are looking for a Client Success Manager - Mid-Market, remotely from the United States.

In this client-facing role, you will manage day-to-day relationships with employer clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the company’s programs. You will be responsible for driving program adoption, managing escalations, expanding product offerings, and securing renewals. This role will require you to work cross-functionally with teams including Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Product, while also developing and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client success management and the ability to balance client needs with internal resources to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage a book of employer clients, ensuring program adoption and driving client satisfaction through high-impact relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Data, and other teams to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Monitor and report on program value, working with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and renewals.
  • Drive product expansion by introducing clients to the company’s full suite of offerings, maximizing member impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide customer decisions and recommendations, enhancing the overall client experience.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client success management, with expertise in managing multiple client accounts across different stages of their lifecycle.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle deadlines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships at all levels within client organizations and with internal teams.
  • A consultative approach to client management, focusing on both client needs and product offerings to ensure optimal results.
  • Experience with data storytelling and using data to influence customer decisions.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with employee benefits, digital health, and data integration proficiency.
