Your leadership will set the tone for a well-merchandised and well-stocked store by adhering to the industry's best inventory management practices. You'll collaborate closely with the Store Manager to effectively manage store operations, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all applicable regulations. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the team’s training and development, and fostering an atmosphere of positivity and respect. With an emphasis on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), you will spearhead initiatives that enhance visual merchandising, while also engaging in hands-on tasks such as assisting in unloading trucks and managing merchandise operations.
