Your Role
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels. You’ll drive traffic, improve conversions, and help shape Montu’s growth strategy through intelligent planning and continuous iteration.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone who combines deep digital marketing expertise with a start-up mentality—someone who can think big, move fast, and isn’t afraid to experiment, learn, and adapt.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution Develop full-funnel marketing strategies—from awareness to conversion—across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
Performance & Paid Media Management Launch and manage paid campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition, cost efficiency, and ROI optimization.
Organic Growth & SEO Drive non-paid acquisition through SEO strategy, content optimization, website performance, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Analytics & Optimization Monitor campaign KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and use data to continuously refine audience targeting, creative performance, and messaging strategies.
Budget Management Manage marketing budgets with precision—allocating spend, forecasting performance, and maximizing returns.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Service to align messaging, user journeys, and performance goals.
Social & Brand (Nice to Have) Contribute to organic social strategies and influencer engagement initiatives to support brand visibility and community growth.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth—ideally in a fast-moving B2C or health-tech environment
Deep expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong understanding of organic growth levers: SEO, content marketing, CRO
Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM systems, and automation platforms
Analytical mindset with a test-learn-scale approach to campaign management
Experience with social media, influencer marketing, or brand storytelling is a plus
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
A hands-on, start-up mentality—you’re resourceful, creative, and eager to take ownership
