The Education Resource Specialist provides responsive, courteous, and professional customer service. This position will work with the Continuing Education Team to generate and maintain Continuing Education learning targets/outcomes and instructional materials that facilitate active learning. Must demonstrate expertise in differentiating instruction and knowledge about IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act). Monitors program activities in relationship to established program goals; ensures alignment with established program parameters and tailors programming accordingly. Will collaborate with Adult and Higher Education division team members, community stakeholders, and educational partners to support and execute special projects and events.
