You Will

  • Work on latest edge Cloud computing to solve difficult, manual and repeatable tasks for users adopting Cloud technologies like AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft and more
  • Use the latest trends on building SaaS applications using multitenancy, scalability large data volumes / Big Data and more
  • Develop and expand our portfolio to support most popular Cloud apps (200+)
  • Develop understanding of not just software development, but also how to design, develop and launch a product from concept to high customer use.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a talent pool for future openings.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technical jargon to effectively screen candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
