Product Design Lead:
This Product Design Lead role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is both a player and a coach, capable of crafting a compelling design vision across various products while actively engaging in hands-on support. The Director will foster a collaborative environment, mentor and grow a team of talented designers, and drive the strategic direction of the design function. This role requires a deep commitment to design excellence, team growth, and creating streamlined design processes to produce exceptional, user-centered products quickly.
This role's expected annual base salary is $150,000 - $170,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
