We’re seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our Sales Executive team, drive performance, and contribute to our business growth.

What You’ll Do 🧠

  • Lead & Develop: Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
  • Drive Results: Set and track sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals. Optimize team strategies for maximum performance.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Support the team in building strong client relationships and handling key negotiations.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment with broader company objectives.

  • Proven Leader: 3-5 years of experience managing a B2B sales team, ideally in a fast paced/high growth environment.
  • Sales Expert: Strong understanding of the sales cycle with a history of hitting targets.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven: Ability to develop strategies and use data to drive improvement.
  • Team Player: Passionate about developing and supporting your team to succeed.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and sales strategies.
  • Oversee performance management by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations to foster individual growth and team success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build and refine sales playbooks, continuously improving sales processes, strategies, and tools to drive consistent results across the team.
