Your Role:

  • Cultivate and maintain meaningful partnerships with local realtors to enhance awareness of our new home offerings.
  • Leverage social media and other marketing channels to build brand visibility within the realtor community.
  • Plan and execute engaging events, grand openings, and networking opportunities that showcase our homes and create buzz.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to align marketing efforts and maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Bring a sales-driven mindset to every interaction, ensuring a proactive and results-oriented approach to community engagement.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or community relations, ideally within the real estate or homebuilding industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a talent for building lasting relationships.
  • Experience in event planning and execution, with a detail-oriented and creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation to engage and grow our audience.
  • A self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • A passion for sales and community engagement, with the ability to drive traffic and interest in our builder communities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.

Compensation:
