Como Auxiliar de Atención a Clientes en Nielsen, desempeñarás un papel vital en la configuración del futuro de la medición de medios. Responsabilidades del puesto:
  • Esta posición se centra en construir y mantener relaciones con las familias del panel de Nielsen, realizar entrevistas telefónicas, guiarlas a través de la configuración del equipo y la resolución de problemas, garantizar la integridad de los datos y superar los objetivos de rendimiento relacionados con la calidad de la muestra y la satisfacción del cliente.
