Join NineTwoThree AI Studio, a remote-first product design, engineering, and marketing studio, founded in 2012 and based in Boston. We build AI-powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast-moving startups.

We focus on products with a positive impact in various domains from sports and health, to logistics and nuclear. But if you're into gambling, adult entertainment, or crypto, we’re not your place.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the execution of marketing projects and calendars, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations and design teams, to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of creative assets, collateral, and campaign materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing and growth marketing.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing project management or related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Experience managing marketing projects from concept to execution.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of paid media and growth marketing best practices.
  • An understanding of PPC, analytics, web build, social media, or video.
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or agency environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, timekeeping skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

  • SaaS Marketing Experience (Mobile or Web)
