The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to help scale our marketing engine and make our systems, tools, and reporting smarter and more efficient.
You’re a data and process-focused marketer who thrives on building clean systems, solving problems, and delivering reliable data. You’re fluent in HubSpot and love using it to drive email programs, create optimized landing pages, and support segmentation and lead nurturing. You know how to build the foundation for strong attribution and reporting—and you’re the go-to person for connecting the dots across tools.
As part of this role, you’ll:
Own and optimize our marketing automation systems—especially HubSpot Marketing Automation—for email campaigns, landing pages, list management, lead scoring, and reporting
Build and maintain clear campaign attribution models that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Partner with growth and product marketing to support multi-channel campaigns with the right systems and data
Maintain and improve integrations across our marketing and sales tools to ensure clean data flow and visibility
Develop and manage lead capture flows that balance conversion with data quality
Support analytics and performance tracking using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools to measure success and recommend improvements
Keep the marketing tech stack running smoothly, evaluating new tools and optimizing existing ones
Depending on your experience, support SEO and paid ads execution
You’re comfortable in web CMS, particularly Webflow.
Our qualifications are:
4+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a strong focus on systems and tools (HubSpot required)
Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot—you know how to build workflows, segment lists, optimize email and form performance, and generate dashboards
Comfortable with Webflow and Google Analytics and other reporting tools for tracking marketing performance and web activity
Proven ability to support cross-functional teams with actionable data and operational support
Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and lead lifecycle management
Experience troubleshooting tool issues and managing marketing tech integrations
Exposure to SEO (e.g. SEMrush) or paid digital channels is a plus, but not core to the role
Experience in sales development or go-to-market SaaS is preferred
