Product Delivery Lead

As a Product Delivery Lead, you will play an essential role in guiding product development by drafting requirements and managing the backlog. You'll serve as the Scrum Product Owner, leading sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives, while ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. Your daily activities will include collaborating with engineering, UX/Design, QA, and DevOps teams to align product roadmap with technical requirements, all while having the flexibility of working remotely.

To thrive as a Product Delivery Lead in our company, candidates should possess at least 4 years of project/account management or product owner experience, ideally coupled with a focus on iOS/Android mobile applications. Strong familiarity with agile methodologies, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential. A passion for digital products and mobile technologies is also a significant advantage.

In this role, the Product Delivery Lead will work closely with clients to define product requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Communication is key; you'll be responsible for preparing status updates and facilitating meaningful consultations to ensure that the product roadmap meets client needs effectively. Being a great listener and communicator will enhance this collaboration and ultimately drive project success.

Our Product Delivery Lead will utilize tools such as Jira for backlog management and Confluence for maintaining clear product documentation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban, will also be a cornerstone of the role to drive efficiency and productivity during the development process. Understanding these tools will make it easier to manage sprints, plan releases, and maintain ongoing project momentum.

The Product Delivery Lead will be collaborating with a talented cross-functional team made up of engineers, UX/UI designers, QA specialists, and product managers.
