Passport is searching for a network product manager who will be responsible for the continued expansion of our proprietary vendor network. This includes optimizing costs by leading new network vendor integrations, continuously improving the existing network performance, and supporting operational improvements. 

A successful candidate will have experience working cross-functionally on technical products, understanding the overall company direction and strategy to create a unified roadmap for the network. They will be comfortable switching between conversations with software engineers, other product managers, customers,  technical and non-technical stakeholders, and carrier teams.


What you'll do:
  • Launch new vendor integrations in collaboration with engineering, operations, commercial, and project management teams
  • Maintain an organized and clear roadmap and priorities for multiple engineering teams
  • Discover new and creative ways to improve network reliability and optimize costs
  • Troubleshoot tracking and network issues to appropriately prioritize their fixes
  • Be the expert in your product areas and help teams to resolve issues and learn about new functionality
  • Create product documentation for internal and external consumption
  • Occasionally figure out a way to hack an MVP together to resolve an immediate problem


What we're looking for:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • 1 year of product management or relevant experience
  • Strong technical background with ability to establish credibility with engineers and occasionally get hands-on
  • Experience with SQL queries and modern web services technologies
  • Knowledge of user experience design concepts and product frameworks
  • Knack for gleaning customer insights from qualitative and quantitative data
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - you bias toward action and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or logistics tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with B2B products and sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach - you love working with people and people love working with you
