This role will provide strategic thought leadership, program strategy and development, and team leadership to oversee PayPal’s compliance with key regulations such as of UDAAP, ECOA, Reg B, FDCPA, Red Flags Rule and FCRA. In addition, this leader will lead compliance advisory and oversight for business initiatives and priorities related to PayPal credit underwriting and Pay Pal collections activities, and develop and oversee consumer practices, fair lending and complaints policies, requirements, monitoring and metrics.This leader will help to ensure PayPal adheres to all relevant laws and regulations regarding fair business practices, including monitoring activities to detect potential violations, implementing preventative measures and investing any issues that arise.This leadership position requires a highly experienced compliance professional who can navigate complex compliance and business landscapes and lead initiatives that align with our organizational goals.PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
