The Role: Founding GTM

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious go-to-market leader to join as one of our first business hires. You’ll help shape how Hexus goes from early traction to a breakout brand — defining our sales motion, talking to customers daily, and building the growth engine from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team across sales, growth, customer success, and revenue strategy. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role — perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, wants to learn fast, and is ready to build.

What you’ll do

  • Own parts of the sales and customer journey — from outreach to onboarding

  • Talk to customers every week, understand what they need, and help them succeed

  • Experiment with outbound, content, and partner-led growth

  • Shape positioning, messaging, and early revenue playbooks

  • Influence product direction based on market feedback

  • Build the foundation for a scalable, repeatable go-to-market engine
