We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious go-to-market leader to join as one of our first business hires. You’ll help shape how Hexus goes from early traction to a breakout brand — defining our sales motion, talking to customers daily, and building the growth engine from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team across sales, growth, customer success, and revenue strategy. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role — perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, wants to learn fast, and is ready to build.
Own parts of the sales and customer journey — from outreach to onboarding
Talk to customers every week, understand what they need, and help them succeed
Experiment with outbound, content, and partner-led growth
Shape positioning, messaging, and early revenue playbooks
Influence product direction based on market feedback
Build the foundation for a scalable, repeatable go-to-market engine
Have experience (or serious interest) in early-stage SaaS, AI, or growth
Are an exceptional communicator — clear, thoughtful, persuasive
Are comfortable selling to both product teams and business stakeholders
Are curious, analytical, and energized by talking to users
Are a builder — you don't just spot problems, you ship solutions
Want to work in person with a fast-moving, ambitious team in SF
Background in sales, partnerships, growth, customer success, or GTM strategy
Familiarity with modern Sales and CS tools
Interest in design, UX, and storytelling as a differentiator
Be one of the first go-to-market hires at a breakout AI company
Own meaningful projects from day one
