Role Overview
The Operations Lead will work directly with the founders to support day-to-day operations, optimize internal processes, and help streamline systems for scale. This role is perfect for someone with experience in high-growth environments like investment banking or consulting who thrives in fast-paced settings. You will ensure that all operational workflows run smoothly and contribute to the company's overall mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Founders’ Support: Anticipate daily operational needs, prioritize tasks, and manage key initiatives to allow the founders to focus on high-level strategy.
  • System Optimization: Oversee and improve the backend patient record-keeping system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and smooth workflows.
  • Project Management: Track and manage progress on cross-functional projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and milestones are achieved on time.
  • Automation: Create automated workflows with tools like Excel, Google Docs, Airtable, and Zapier to reduce manual processes, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
  • Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and present insights to support operational decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in workflows, implementing scalable solutions that improve team productivity and support company growth.
  • 2-4 years in investment banking, consulting, or startups.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, Airtable, Zapier, and Slack.
