Our Home Health RNs should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and communication to formulate an individualized plan of care according to physician orders that incorporates the analysis of initial assessment. In this full-time position, you'll work Monday through Friday, providing care in Nevada, MO, and surrounding areas, earning between $65,000 and $90,000. Your role will involve developing and revising individual plans of care based on thorough assessments and physician orders. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, ensuring each patient's unique needs are met. With a strong focus on communication and observational skills, you'll be responsible for reporting any changes in patients' conditions and providing ongoing education to families about their care plans.
