Role Overview
A Managed Services Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new Managed Services customers, including automation and implementation activities as well as identifying needed modifications to
configuration to align with PDI and industry best practices. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure the seamless transition from initiation to full implementation and provides support throughout the process. The specialist ensures that the services are customized to meet the client's specific needs, within the scope of the contracted agreement. They may provide ongoing support during the implementation phase, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and ensure that the delivery is up to standards. Additionally, they play a key role in training client teams, documenting processes, and continuously improving implementation methodologies to enhance delivery and customer experience.
