Overview of the role

We are now looking for a Power Platform Analyst to help us deliver a new Power Platform Managed Service. This role combines proactive governance, best practice guidance, and responsive support to ensure secure, efficient, and well-managed Power Platform environments for our customers. You will collaborate with IT teams, service delivery, account management, and professional services to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to governance policies and best practices.

What will you be doing?

Support the delivery of the Power Platform Managed Services by adhering to Centre of Excellence standards and policies.

Participate in service reviews, including the preparation of service performance reports and tracking of action items.

Offer platform support for the underlying Power Platform technology stack.

Support technical change management within CoE guidelines by providing advice, guidance, and validation of changes.

Log and prioritise incidents through the managed service ITSM tools ensuring prompt investigation and resolution.

Act in an advisory capacity for validating integrations with Microsoft and non-Microsoft systems.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience as a developer with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Strong understanding of ITIL-based processes and incident management.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related technologies.

Experience and knowledge working with an ITSM tool.

Experience with change management and integration support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Where is the role based?
Our HQ is in Pocklington (YO42), this role can be remote in the UK with monthly visits to the office.
