  • Name new features with an international audience in mind, ensuring clarity and consistency, but also ease of translation for our key markets.

  • Make data-driven decisions. Use internal insights and A/B testing to shape localization, terminology, and branded language strategies.

  • Leverage AI for efficiency. Build AI-friendly guidelines to streamline content creation, so you can focus on refining the final touch rather than writing from scratch.

  • Drive high-impact execution. Support web, design, and marketing teams on key content decisions (e.g., SEO, branding) and contribute to strategic projects company-wide.

✨ About you ✨

  • You have strong UX writing experience for mobile products. You can craft microcopy that improves usability and engagement, as well as marketing-driven content like in-app purchases and upsells. You understand how to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone across various touch-points (e.g., apps, website, social content).

  • You understand localization and internationalization, and keep it in mind when crafting your copy or choosing your naming, ensuring copy is easily clear and effective across languages.

  • You advocate for best practices and develop clear, effective guidelines for internal teams. You work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-friendly experiences.

  • You have a strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, writing for a global audience, and data-driven optimization (A/B testing, user insights).

  • You are hands-on, and ready to own product copy from strategy to execution.

  • You know how to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content creation. You have experience with AI-generated content and can create a unique, authentic voice that builds trust in the product.
