Senior Motion Designer

About the Role

As a Senior Motion Designer, you’ll create high-quality motion design assets for brand-focused social content. This role involves conceptualizing and executing visually engaging work, with an emphasis on storytelling, brand identity, and attention to detail.


Responsibilities
  • Develop motion-based creative assets aligned with brand strategies and guidelines.
  • Brainstorm concepts and visual ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Deliver polished, detail-oriented designs with a focus on high quality and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure creative consistency across all deliverables.
  • Explore and integrate innovative design approaches, including leveraging AI tools as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, branding, or a creative design role.
  • Expertise in tools such as Adobe After Effects and other motion design platforms.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative design ideas effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent understanding of brand standards and visual storytelling principles.
  • Collaborative and communicative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong english skills (B2+)
  • Experience working within remote settings (LATAM timezone preferred).
