The Role | Founding Product Designer
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating intuitive and delightful user interactions on mobile applications. They should be strategic in building for the long-term and enjoy collaborating with teammates to architect beautiful, reliable, scalable, and maintainable consumer-facing applications. Responsibilities include designing, and maintaining the design language of the company and owning design for mobile and web applications.

You Will Contribute By
Translating customer requirements into fully functioning user experiences.
Developing and presenting design wireframes that effectively convey user stories to various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.
Refining wireframes them into comprehensive, practical design frameworks.
Expressing design rationale clearly, drawing insights from industry trends and user behavior.
Quickly developing prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
Cross-functional partnership to establish key objectives, define tasks, and estimate workloads.
Understanding and helping to shape product direction.
Your Background Includes
At least 5 years of experience designing with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
Experience in developing high-fidelity prototypes with tools like SwiftUI, WebGL, React/JavaScript, or related technologies
Deep knowledge of design systems for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
Demonstrated strength in conveying ideas visually through user flows and storyboards, and rapid iteration based on feedback.
Nice to Haves
A portfolio that includes innovative immersive experiences in AR/VR or gaming.
Experience in 3D design, modeling, and rendering using tools like Autodesk Maya, Blender and/or Cinema4D, with a strong understanding of spatial design.
Proficiency in Unity
