In this exciting role, you will focus on managing the portfolio budget with an eye for analysis and activities related to strategic change. Working collaboratively within our central portfolio team, you’ll set the standard for financial planning, budget tracking, and benefits management for the change portfolio. It’s your responsibility to ensure that all assumptions are consistent across projects, assist project managers with their individual budgets, and conduct in-depth analyses throughout the project lifecycle. Your keen insight will help in developing compelling business cases, establishing robust cost estimates, and fostering positive relationships with business owners and change colleagues. Reporting is key in this position, as you’ll convert project finances into actionable insights for decision-making by our governance bodies. We're looking for a qualified accountant or someone with equivalent experience in change financial management within a regulated environment, such as financial services or insurance. Your strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills will allow you to manage the team effectively.
