Corporate Communications Executive

As a Corporate Communications Executive, you’ll shape narratives, drive conversations, and build key relationships. Gain hands-on experience in corporate affairs, media relations, and crisis communications while working with senior leadership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Craft compelling narratives and develop materials across corporate affairs, including (but not limited to) press releases, listicles, byline articles, commentaries, award submissions, presentation decks for co-founders, impact reports, and more.
    • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key industry players.
    • Monitor media coverage and participate in strategy discussions to refine messaging and positioning.
    • Support event planning, branding efforts, and other initiatives that elevate PolicyStreet’s brand presence.
    • Responsible for designing visual content, creating marketing materials, and editing videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software to support branding and campaign initiatives
    • Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and improve communication strategies.
    • Assists in crisis communication efforts by ensuring timely and clear messaging during sensitive situations. 
    • Supports internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed about company updates and initiatives.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Strong writing and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
    • Proficiency in design and video editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is a plus.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging content and narratives across various platforms.
    • Fast learner with initiative, able to take ownership of tasks and adapt quickly to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
    • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
    • Team player with a positive, solution-driven attitude.
