Member of Engineering (Data Platform)

As a Member of Engineering at Poolside, your primary responsibilities will encompass developing and maintaining our data platform, enhancing our core data pipelines, and improving the overall data infrastructure. You will work on distributed systems and data processing systems, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable and optimized for high-performance data handling to facilitate large-scale experiments.

To succeed in the Member of Engineering role at Poolside, candidates should possess strong programming skills in Python, Go, C, or C++. Experience with data pipelines, distributed systems, and data processing systems is essential, along with knowledge of query engines. Familiarity with container runtimes, Linux system programming, Kubernetes, and Apache Spark would be advantageous but not strictly necessary.
